Neuropson is a Thai product and we, the company Herbal World of Thailand, dispatch from Thailand.
Upon order we dispatch the products from Thailand to our distributing warehouse in Germany, no matter whether the product has already been paid or not.
The reason for this is that we handle customs clearance which we want to spare our customers. Thus you, as our customer, do not have to handle customs clearance.
Previously we have dispatched directly to the customer and have thus had many negative statements concerning handling of customs clearance which is why we have decided on this way.

For all shipments to SWITZERLAND or outside the EU, customs fees may apply, the expense of the customs fee is to paid by the customer. We enclose an official invoice from our online shop to all shipments.

Express Parcel costs 1125 Thai Baht (approximating 23.60 €uro at the moment)
Additionally we have to calculate packaging and duty fees with approximately 4.50 €uro per shipment.
When the customer has paid the products we will dispatch them from our distribution warehouse. Postal dispatch within Germany for a registered letter costs between 3.05 €uro and 5.45 €uro according to the amount ordered.
As we cannot dispatch the product in the Thai packaging, costs for the new packaging and office expenses etc. occur.
Due to these circumstances shipment will take five to nine days.
Of course we would prefer to be able to offer you cheaper shipment fees, as high shipment fees keep many customers from ordering. Unfortunately, we do not make the prices. We do already calculate below the actual costs resulting from transport etc.

Collective order
Why don't you organise collective orders with other people suffering from psoriasis or neurodermatitis? For more than five products the order is free of forwarding costs. When a treatment pack is included, delivery is free of charge no matter how many products you order. For orders over 1,500.00 €uro we also offer special discounts.
